A predominant responsibility for this individual will be maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing.
This is a versatile position in which this individual will be given various projects.
This individual will also be the first contact point for potential clients and vendors, thus communication skills are essential.
The Office Administrative Assistant has the capacity to take on more responsibilities as time progresses and is encouraged to create new ways to streamline company processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage vendor invoices Manage client payments Initial contact point for customers and vendors Assist in client billing Build a positive, committed team with employees and clients Analyze completed work during offseason and prepare contracts/materials for coming season
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the following fields; management or finance.
Spanish preferred Knowledge and Abilities:
Highly organized and disciplined with proven time management skills Extremely meticulous in analysis and execution of work Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Email) Basic computer background (Word, Excel, Email) Exceedingly positive with employees and clients Flexible and open-minded to various new projects Job Type:

$35,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
