Cleans all bakery utensils, equipment, merchandising tables and cases, food preparation surfaces, floors, doors, walls and storage areas according to sanitation schedule and standards.
Removes trash in a timely manner.
Disassembles and flattens packing boxes and loads disassembled boxes into the baler.
Prepares and completes all daily record keeping and documentation required by the Company, Store Director or Bakery Manager.
Decorates product to achieve customer satisfaction by using all company approved methods which may include edible image printer.
Bake and package product for morning sales.
