Responsibilities:
Review the whole talent pipeline ecosystem and recommend strategies to improve effectiveness. Establish an alignment with the hiring managers and the Organizational Development Manager to best understand the talent needs and create/define the hiring spec for the open position(s). Create and implement sourcing strategies that accurately represent employer brand while focusing on an effective and cost-efficient talent selection process to identified candidates who not just have the skills but respond to the Employee Owner culture. Co-develop and help implement a strong cultural onboarding process that evaluates both fit for skill and the ability to enhance the culture. Collaborative partner who provides exceptional value-added services including full lifecycle recruiting for all positions required across the enterprise. Partner with Hiring Managers, Organizational Development Manager and HR Business Partners to build common ground of articulating the impact of each position coupled with the respective goals and expectations. Create and implement sourcing strategies that accurately represent employer brand while focusing on an effective and cost-efficient talent selection process that identified targeted candidates. Assist in developing selection and interview process through guidance and training. Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements, while gauging candidates' motivation for the position. Proactively source candidates through various channels, both personal and social media, building and maintaining a network of talented candidates through market research, community building and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad/deep range of positions. Maintains primary relationship and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. Present offer recommendations to hiring managers, lead offer negotiations and complete detailed reference checks. Build a pipeline for all critical vacancies to fill all succession gaps. Facilitate the initial onboarding and cultural orientation plan for each new hire. Co-leads New Hire Orientation process across 3 plants to welcome new team members to the organization and share information about our company, leadership, and benefits. Develops and maintains an active role in the human resources community assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
BS degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10 plus yrs. experience recruiting for C-suite to skilled trades to entry level to university relations. Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates. Proven experience partnering and building collaborative relationships with clients, business partners and team members. Ability to work in a flat, non-hierarchical organization. Demonstrated success executing talent management plan and successfully onboarding and transiting talent into a company culture. Must be able to manage conflicting priorities while being extremely adaptable, learning agile, and flexible. Highly detail oriented, manage multiple deadline-oriented projects is essential. Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results. Experience working with applicant tracking systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality. Strong knowledge base and prior experience in full life-cycle recruitment. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex recruitment and hiring issues with minimum guidance.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
